Size small best fits head circumference of 20-22". Size medium best fits head circumference of 21-24".
Fabric Content: 100% cotton outer, 100% cotton inner black fabric. Satin ribbon ties.
Washing instructions: Hand wash, lay flat to dry. Can be machine washed on gentle with dark colors. Do not tumble dry.
