With a dramatic plunging neckline and detailed embellishments, these stays speak to the glam goth soul. Made with a sumptuous silk metallic fabric which color shifts from black to silver and deep green, make a grand entrance in this beautiful piece.
The Scrying Stays are made with an outer layer of upcycled black silk metallic fabric, inner layer of cotton twill, and a lining layer of cotton coutil. Glass beads sewn by hand drip from the center front, and metallic embroidered trim runs down the front side seams. Strapless, back lacing, fully boned front panel, heavily boned sides and back.
There is one ready to ship piece available in size 40, and one piece available as made to order in your size. For the made to order piece, I will contact you after you place your order to determine your measurements and sizing, and please allow up to three weeks for these stays to ship.
All Lineage Garments incorporate hand sewing and therefore have small variants unique to each piece.

Sizing: Sizes are determined by natural bust measurement. We recommend taking your natural bust measurement, then choosing a size 2-4″ smaller. Cup sizes over DD please choose a bust size 3-5" smaller than your bust measurement. For reference, model one is wearing size 40 and has measurements of bust 44", waist 37". Model two has measurements of bust 42" and waist 35". If your measurements are on the high end of the ranges given below, you may have a lacing gap.
Size 40 fully closed measures: Bust 40", Waist 33", side rise 8.5". Recommended for natural body measurements of: Bust 42-46", waist 35-38".
Fabric content: Outer layer upcycled silk. Inner layer cotton twill, lining layer cotton coutil. Metal grommets, synthetic boning, satin ribbon lacing, embroidered and beaded metallic floral trim, glass beads, petersham ribbon binding.
Care instructions: Spot clean by hand. Do not machine wash. We recommend wearing a washable layer underneath your stays, as was done historically. This helps extend the life of your stays and keeps them cleaner.
