In pastel green with a shimmery silver vining pattern, these stays capture the sweet softness of new spring growth as it awakens from its winter slumber.
The Awaken Stays are made of an outer layer of an upcycled polyester fabric, and an inner layer of cotton coutil. A layer of vintage lace sits beneath a beautiful antique silk satin ribbon across the neckline. Strapless, back lacing, heavily boned. These untabbed stays offer full bust support and are based on 18th century stay styles, minus the tabs!
All Lineage Garments incorporate hand sewing and therefore have small variants unique to each piece.

Sizing: Sizes are determined by natural bust measurement. We recommend taking your natural bust measurement, then choosing a size 2-4″ smaller. If your measurements are on the high end of the ranges given below, you may have a lacing gap.
Size 33 fully closed measures: Bust 33", Waist 25.5", side rise 7.5". Recommended for natural body measurements of: Bust 35-38", waist 27-31.5".
Fabric content: Outer layer upcycled polyester. Inner layer cotton coutil. Metal grommets, synthetic boning, satin ribbon lacing, vintage lace, vintage satin ribbon, polyester binding.
Washing instructions: Spot clean by hand. Machine wash not recommended. We recommend wearing a washable layer underneath your stays, as was done historically. This helps extend the life of your stays and keeps them cleaner.
