This one of a kind three piece set consists of stays, a gorget with pauldrons attached, and a silk chiffon blouse. Payment plans are available, send me a message with the contact form on the “about” page if you are interested.
The stays are made with a very sparkly upcycled outer fabric. Please be aware this fabric does shed some glitter. The stays are heavily boned and fully supportive, made with inner strength layers of cotton twill and coutil.
There is a removable brooch “wound” made from matching silk chiffon and glass beads as blood. Wear this piece anywhere on your armor or remove it entirely!
The armor-inspired gorget is lightweight and flexible, made with the same outer fabric and cotton coutil lining as the stays.
The silk chiffon undershirt is highly wearable with many other outfits both modern or fantasy. Likewise, the stays and gorget can be worn with anything else underneath them to give you many different options for colors and styles.
All Lineage Garments incorporate hand sewing and therefore have small variants unique to each piece.

Sizing: Sizes are determined by natural bust measurement. We recommend taking your natural bust measurement, then choosing a size 2-4″ smaller. If your measurements are on the high end of the ranges given below, you may have a lacing gap.
Size 34 stays fully closed measure: Bust 34", Waist 27", side rise 7.5". Recommended for natural body measurements of: Bust 36-39", waist 29-32".
The gorget when fully closed measures 16" at the neck.
The silk blouse fits neck up to 15", and wrists up to 6.5". The body is free size - if your neck and wrists fit, the body will fit you too!
Fabric content: Stays: Outer layer upcycled polyester metallic fabric with cotton fusible interfacing. Inner layer cotton twill, lining layer cotton coutil. Metal grommets, synthetic boning, satin ribbon lacing.
Gorget: Outer layer upcycled polyester metallic fabric with cotton fusible interfacing, inner fabric cotton coutil. Metal grommets, satin ribbon lacing.
Blouse: Silk chiffon, metal buttons at collar and cuffs.
Care instructions: Stays and gorget: spot clean is first choice, but these can be hand washed in cold water if necessary. Hang to dry. The silk shirt can be hand washed in cold water or dry-cleaned. Hang to dry. All pieces may be ironed with steam as needed. I recommend wearing a washable layer underneath your stays, as was done historically. This helps extend the life of your stays and keeps them cleaner.
