The Dark Rose Stays are are made of an outer layer of velvet fabric, inner layers of cotton twill and muslin. Gold rose ribbons run down the front sides. These heavily boned, smooth covered, untabbed stays offer full bust support and are based on 18th century stay styles, minus the tabs!

All Lineage Garments incorporate hand sewing and therefore have small variants unique to each piece.

Sizing: Sizes are by bust measurement. We recommend sizing down if you are between sizes or to leave a lacing gap. Model 1 is a natural size 44 wearing size 46 for reference. Model 2 is a natural size 42 wearing size 36. Can be worn with larger measurements (expect a lacing gap), although some people may still be able to wear these fully closed with larger measurements.
Size 36 fully closed measures: bust 36", waist 31". Recommended for natural body measurements of: bust 38-40", waist 32-34".
Size 46 fully closed measures: bust 46", waist 42". Recommended for natural body measurements of: bust 50-52", waist 44-48".
Fabric content: Outer layer polyester velvet. Inner layer 100% cotton, lining layer cotton twill. Metal grommets, synthetic boning, velvet binding, grosgrain ribbon lacing, satin ribbon ties.
Washing instructions: Spot clean by hand. Machine wash not recommended.
