The Mauve Dream Stays are are made of an outer layer of upcycled floral fabric, and inner layers of cotton canvas and cotton twill. The attached sleeves are unlined, and have elastic at both the elbow and shoulder. Hand-sewn binding on bottom edge. These heavily boned, smooth covered, untabbed stays offer full bust support and are based on 18th century stay styles, minus the tabs! This piece is one of a kind.
All Lineage Garments incorporate hand sewing and therefore have small variants unique to each piece.

Sizing: Sizes are determined by natural bust measurement. We recommend taking your natural bust measurement, then choosing a size 2-4" smaller. If you wear a D cup or larger, sizing down 3-4" is recommended. Model's measurements are bust 42" waist 35" for reference.
Size 38 when fully closed measures 38" bust and 30" waist. Fits bust 40-42", waist 32-34".
Fabric content: Outer layer 100% synthetic fabric. Inner layer 100% cotton canvas. Lining layers 100% cotton twill. Metal grommets, synthetic boning, grosgrain ribbon lacing.
Washing instructions: Spot clean by hand. Machine wash not recommended. We recommend wearing a washable layer underneath your stays, as was done historically. This helps extend the life of your stays and keeps them cleaner.
